Message from the TGCC president
Welcome TGCC (2026-27)
To Members, Family, Friends & Board of Directors
It is my pleasure and honor in welcoming you to the new 2026 golfing season. It is a privilege to learn of your trust in me. In the past few weeks, much work has been ongoing in the background with fantastic support from the Operating Committee. Many novel ideas, suggestions have been vetted through and thoroughly planned to serve our golfing community.
In the coming season, there will be several “new” elements in many aspects of our club activities. For example, we will play at courses which we have not played at before or not visited in many seasons. We are also planning for a season-long tournament with a worthwhile prize awaits.
As season unfolds, please do not hesitate to provide suggestions to improve to me or the operating committee. Your opinion matters! Do voice them starting with the planned KO meeting on Sunday March 29th.
We have also done our very best to keep the cost as low as possible for all events (e.g. Sunday outings, one-day tournament, golf night etc) despite the continually escalating cost post COVID.
I share excitement for the new season with you all and wish everyone a very happy golfing season. See you all very soon.

ผมมีความยินดีและเป็นเกียรติอย่างยิ่งในการต้อนรับทุกท่านเข้าสู่ฤดูกาลกอล์ฟใหม่ประจำปี 2026 และรู้สึกเป็นเกียรติที่ได้รับความไว้วางใจจากทุกท่าน ในช่วงไม่กี่สัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา ได้มีการทำงานเตรียมการต่าง ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่องอยู่เบื้องหลัง โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนอย่างยอดเยี่ยมจากคณะกรรมการดำเนินงาน (www.tgc-c.com) แนวคิดและข้อเสนอแนะใหม่ ๆ มากมายได้รับการพิจารณา ตรวจสอบ และวางแผนอย่างรอบคอบ เพื่อให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดแก่ชุมชนกอล์ฟของพวกเรา
ในฤดูกาลที่จะมาถึงนี้ จะมีองค์ประกอบ “ใหม่” หลายประการในกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของชมรมเรา ตัวอย่างเช่น เราจะไปเล่นในสนามกอล์ฟที่เราไม่เคยเล่นมาก่อน หรือไม่ได้ไปเยือนมาหลายฤดูกาลแล้ว นอกจากนี้ เรายังมีแผนจัดการแข่งขันกอล์ฟตลอดฤดูกาล โดยมีรางวัลที่น่าสนใจรออยู่
เมื่อฤดูกาลเริ่มต้นขึ้น หากท่านมีข้อเสนอแนะใด ๆ เพื่อช่วยปรับปรุงกิจกรรมของชมรมเรา โปรดอย่าลังเลที่จะแจ้งให้ผมหรือคณะกรรมการดำเนินงานทราบ ความคิดเห็นของท่านมีความสำคัญ! ขอเชิญทุกท่านเริ่มแบ่งปันความคิดเห็นได้ตั้งแต่การประชุมก่อนเปิดฤดูกาล (Kickoff Meeting) ที่กำหนดไว้ในวันอาทิตย์ที่ 29 มีนาคมนี้
พวกเรายังได้พยายามอย่างเต็มที่ในการควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายของกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ให้ต่ำที่สุดเท่าที่จะเป็นไปได้ (เช่น การออกรอบแข่งประจำทุกวันอาทิตย์ หรือการแข่งขันนัดพิเศษที่มีการจัดเลี้ยงหลังแข่งขัน หรือกิจกรรมกอล์ฟไนท์ ตอนสิ้นฤดูกาล ฯลฯ) แม้ว่าต้นทุนต่าง ๆ จะเพิ่มสูงขึ้นมาอย่างต่อเนื่องหลังช่วง ที่มี วิกฤษ โควิด ระบาด
ผมขอร่วมแบ่งปันความตื่นเต้นกับทุกท่านสำหรับฤดูกาลใหม่ และขอให้ทุกคนมีความสุขกับฤดูกาลกอล์ฟปีนี้ แล้วพบกันเร็ว ๆ นี้ครับ
